Elvira Coca is a certified personal trainer and a passionate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a National Master NPC competitor, and the founder of Elvira's Funzone Fitness, a boutique fitness studio that offers a variety of classes for all levels.

Elvira is a former National Master Body Builder and NBI, NPC & OCB Pro competitor, so she understands all aspects of diet, training, and show preparation. She is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

Elvira is committed to helping people live healthier lives and reach their fitness goals. She believes that everyone can achieve their fitness goals, regardless of their starting point. She offers a variety of classes and programs to meet the needs of everyone, from beginners too experienced athletes.

Elvira is a motivating and encouraging coach who helps her clients stay on track and reach their goals. She is also in tuned with menopause changes, metabolic changes and where the HR should be. She is passionate about helping people improve their health and fitness, and she is dedicated to providing her clients with the best possible experience.
